Last updated: May 2026
1. Acceptance
By signing up for or using Rotor ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Service
Rotor provides a durable job queue and workflow runtime. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will try to give at least 30 days notice before discontinuing the Service.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your API keys confidential. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your credentials have been compromised.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) transmit spam or malware; (c) interfere with other customers' use; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
6. Data
Job payloads you submit are stored temporarily for processing and observability. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention and deletion.
7. Availability
We target 99.9% uptime for paid plans. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party infrastructure (Redis, Postgres, cloud providers). Planned maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rotor's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
